How does seller verification work?

To maintain high trust, every seller must provide a valid ID (NIN, passport, or driver's license) and store details. Applications are reviewed manually by our team within 1-3 business days.

What is Protected Checkout?

Protected Checkout is our escrow system that protects both buyers and sellers. When a buyer selects Protected Checkout, their payment is securely held by the platform. Once you deliver the item and the inspection window closes, funds are immediately moved to your available balance.

What are the platform commission and fees?

Joining and listing items on Kaide Market is completely free. We only charge a small platform commission on successful orders. Escrow transaction fees are covered during checkout, ensuring you receive your full asking price minus standard commission.

Can I define my own store return and refund policies?

Yes! By default, all sellers automatically inherit our robust Platform Default return and refund policies, saving you time and protecting buyers. However, you can easily write custom custom policy overrides in your Store Settings at any time.
